With reference to your despatch No. 190 of the 20th of October last, I have the honour to acquaint you that the course you pursued with respect to "den and of the United States Convention for the surrender of 3 fugitive Criminals accused of murder on board an American ship, on the High seas meets with the full approval of H.M. Government.

I have already informed you by telegraph of this approval of extradition.
